Checking NSP Scholarship 2024 District Nodal Officer Verification

There are two main ways to check the verification status of your NSP Scholarship application by the District Nodal Officer (DNO):

1. National Scholarship Portal (NSP):

   • Visit the NSP portal: National Scholarship Portal: https://scholarships.gov.in/
   • Login to your account.
   • Go to the applicant corner and navigate to the application status section.
   • You should be able to see the current verification status, including if it’s been verified by the DNO.

2. Contact the District Nodal Officer:

   • Unfortunately, the NSP portal doesn’t provide contact information for the DNOs directly. However, you can find their details through the NSP portal:
     • Go to the “Nodal Officer Details” section: https://scholarships.gov.in/nodelOfficerDetails
     • Select your state and district from the dropdown menus.
     • This will display the contact information for the DNO in your area, including phone number and email address (if available).

Here are some additional tips:

• The application window for most NSP scholarships closed on March 5th, 2024. If you applied after that date, your application won’t be processed for the 2024 cycle.
• If your application has been verified by the DNO but not by the State or Ministry Nodal Officers yet, you can wait or contact the DNO for an update.
• Ensure you have a valid Aadhaar number linked to your bank account for scholarship disbursement.
