About Swaraj Tractors
Swaraj Tractors is a division of Mahindra Group and is based in Punjab. It was established in 1974 with a mission to be self-reliant and develop India’s first indigenous tractor. It has a wide portfolio of tractors and farm machinery, and stands firmly amongst the top tractor brands in India. Swaraj, with the medium of scholarships, aims to support girl students in continuing their education and giving them motivation to become self-dependent.

- Female students currently enrolled in Classes 10 and 12 are eligible to apply.
- Students must belong to SAS Nagar of Punjab.
- Applicants must have achieved at least 55% marks in their previous academic year.
- The annual family income of applicants from all sources should not exceed ₹4 lakh per annum.
- Preference will be given to students who are the children of farmers.
- Children of employees affiliated with Swaraj Tractors and Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.

- Proof of identity and address (e.g., Aadhaar card, ration card, voter’s ID card)
- Current year admission proof (fee receipt, admission letter, institution identity card, bonafide certificate)
- Previous class marksheets
- Documents verifying parent’s profession (Select one from below):
- Kisan credit card
- E-shram card
- Confirmation from the employer or a duly attested letter from the concerned government department.
- Family income proof (Select one from the following):
- Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat (signed and stamped)
- Income proof issued by Tehsildar/BDP (for rural areas)
- Certificate from concerned authorities for individuals with income from agriculture, horticulture, and veterinary sources
- Affidavit for orphans/single-parent child (in cases where the family lost the earning member)
- Last three months’ salary slips/ITR/Form 16
- BPL/Ration Card
- Bank account details of the applicant (or parent)
- Passport-size photograph

- Login to Buddy4Study with your registered ID and navigate to the ‘Application Form Page’.
- If you haven’t registered yet, please sign up on Buddy4Study using your email, mobile number, or Gmail account.
- You will now be redirected to ‘Swaraj Shakti Scholarship Program’ application form page.
- Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
- Fill in the required details in the online application form.
- Upload relevant documents
- Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’.
- If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
