- For the students to complete the application submission Process in SSP, it is mandatory that the student’s academic information for the year 2023-24 is available in either the UUCMS portal or the concerned University/Board pushes the academic data of the UNIDATA server.
- For a student to apply as a hosteller in SSP, it is mandatory that the hostel registration information of the students is available either in the State Hostel Portal (SHP) or in SSp-HMIS Portal.

Students Belonging to Schedule Caste Category who are applying for Post Matric Scholarship and those who have already applied for Post Matric Scholarship for FY 2023-24 can download Freeship Card in their Login after completing Aadhaar e-KYC
Eligibility Criteria for SSP Post Matric Scholarship
Social Welfare Department
- Must be a resident of Karnataka
- Must belong from SC/ST/OBC category
- Family’s annual income must be less than INR 2,50,000.
- Must have scored at least 50% in the last examination
Benefits: Complete fee reimbursement for hostel (both private and government)
Department of Technical Education
- Must be a resident of Karnataka
- Must belong from SC/ST/OBC category
- Family’s annual income must be between than 2.5 lakhs and 10 lakhs
- Must have scored at least 50% in the last examination

Tribal Welfare Department
- Must be a resident of Karnataka
- Must belong from SC/ST/OBC category
- Family’s annual income must be INR 2,50,000 or less
- Must have scored at least 50% in the last examination

How to apply online for the SSP Post Matric scholarship 2023-24?
The first step of the application process is create an account on the portal of SSP Post scholarship i.e. official website. After creating an account, follow the step by step process below to complete the the online application form.

- Provide the information regarding to your AADHAR card and your contact number.
- You will have to verify your identification with the OTP you receive on your mobile number.
