Rolls-Royce Wings4Her Scholarship for Women Engineering Students is an initiative by Rolls-Royce India Pvt. Ltd. to offer financial aid to deserving female students pursuing their engineering degrees. This scholarship aims to support female students enrolled in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of undergraduate engineering programs at AICTE-recognised institutions in India. Under this scholarship program, students will receive INR 35,000 to cover their academic expenses throughout their engineering studies. Furthermore, the program includes mentorship opportunities provided by leading professionals at Rolls-Royce India, enhancing the overall support system for eligible applicants.

Rolls-Royce India, in line with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, is offering this scholarship to support and encourage students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. Additionally, the company actively operates various initiatives to advocate for STEM education programs and nurture skill development
- Girl students enrolled in the 1st/2nd/3rd year of an engineering degree program (in fields like aerospace, marine, electronics, computers, etc.) at AICTE-recognised institutions are eligible.
- The applicants must have scored more than 60% in their Class 10 and 12 board exams.
- Annual family income must not exceed INR 4 lakh per annum.
- Open to Pan-India students.
Note:
- Preference will be given to individuals belonging to special categories, such as those with physical disabilities, single parents, and orphans.
- Girls who have been part of Wings4Her (formally known as the Unnati project) and now pursuing their Engineering are encouraged to apply and shall be given preference.
- Applications are also open for female scholars who have previously received the Rolls-Royce Unnati Scholarship for Women Engineering Students 2023-24 in 2023 and are currently in their 4th year of an engineering degree program.
